(does not support VGA CARD) upgraded and installed a video card to my gateway...?

I have a gateway 831GM desktop (bought it in 2005) So i decided to upgrade the video card with a GeForce 7200 GS (Nvidia product) I placed it in the PCI express x16 slot, secured and fastened. So when i went to turn it on I placed the CD in, and i get a message saying "Sorry but we do not support your VGA card" I dont know what to do? should i call gateway support? or Nvida?? Or is there another alternative? Thanks!|||You need to enter BIOS and set Primary Display to PCI Express. The monitor has to be connected to the 7200 GS.|||Download the latest drivers for your graphics card from http://www.nvidia.com and install those.
