PCI-enable BIOS new graphic card (JATON558PCI-DLP) on HP s7627c. Only old VGA outputs , not new DCI. HELP!!?

I upgraded a new graphic card (JATON Video-558PCI-DLP GeForce 8400 GS 512MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Low Profile Ready Video Card) onto the only PCI slot of my s7627c. The BIOS says PCI video (not onboard). Yet, only onboard VGA output works. HELP!!|||just throwing this out there: older panel monitors need driver updates in order to pick up a dvi signal when switching from vga....could be why only the vga works.|||go back to on-board, uninstall any old drivers for other video cards and the current card, install the latest driver for your graphics card from the manufacturers website, if you don't have the latest version of directx get it, make sure you have the correct driver for your monitor, switch back to PCI.

also check your computers manufacturer and windows update for any crucial updates|||Hi,

Once you changed the settings in the bios did you save the settings when you exited?

Is there a separate power supply cable required for the vid card and if so have you connected it?

Arnak|||You are using the 1 LFH to 2 DVI adapter cable that's included with the card, right?
